Free Agent - NA

Left Click | Fire a small glob of venom every 0.55 seconds dealing 400 dmg to a single target. This LMB is a projectile and at medium or longer ranges will require you to lead and arc your shots. ( Depending on distance ) Reloading will also throw your snake stunning enemies for 1 second. Hitting your stuns can be very crucial in team fights. It can only stop some characters movement abilities putting them on cool down. Ex : Ash Dash / Andro Dash

Right Click | Heal an ally for 280 health every second for 5 seconds. This is your main healing ability, it is also a hit scan ability that can go through enemy shields. My main tip to hit as many heals as possible is to not panic. Many damba players panic and continue to miss their heals.

F | Quickly slither forward, becoming untargetable for the duration. This means you are immune to all damage / cc / and can clear debuffs. This ability is extremely useful to dodge every ult in the game. Inara ult / Zhin ult etc. Slithering while you have a Tyra mark or Skye hit you with her poison bolts will remove these debuffs.

Q | Toss a gourd full of venom that heals allies for 300 health every second and damages for 200 damage a second. Personally I will gourd my main tank 70% of the time and try to pocket my off tank / flex dps.

E | Fire a dark vessel that explodes when it lands, fearing all enemy champions for 2 seconds. You can also hit E again to blow up your vessel sooner rather then waiting for it to make contact with some thing. Fearing tanks when they have their shields up is very useful Ex: Nando shield / Makoa shield. Making them drop their shields and if they dont have their ults making them a defenseless tank. You can counter ult if the enemy team is trying to dive your team. Fearing their flanks / dps and taking the 1v1 if you're confident can also work. Pre planning your ults is very useful aswell. Ex: Fearing point when their tanks touch.

Notes

Items - Chronos is a first buy item 100% of the time on damba and you want to get Chronos level 2 before spending your credits on other items. Nimble is also a really great item but you also only get nimble 2. From there you can go moral / haven / blast. Depending what you need. If you're not taking to much damage that possession cant cover for you can go moral and spam your ults.

I tend to use this Build specifically for when i think I'm going to get pressured out but my team also needs to play aggro. EX: The enemy team has Zhin / Cassie and my team has Nando / Ash. I want the DR from possession to eat more damage from their aggro dps comp, but also want to speed in my Nando / Ash because both of them cant just stand on point for very long before dying.

Eerie Presence 4 - Is pretty standard and safe in every damba deck. Would recommend putting this card at level 4 in every single deck. If you miss a heal instead of waiting 3 full seconds to try to hit another heal, you only have to wait 1 second which isn't so bad.

Many Gourds 2 - Reduce your CD of gourd by 1 second reducing it down to 9seconds which just means more heals. Getting chronos first will also help reduce the CD on your gourd for more healing.

Possession 4 - Gain 16% DR while healing an ally with mending spirits. Is a really good defensive card that allows you to take more damage and stay alive longer.

Swift Spirits 4 - Grants 28% MS to allies effected by your mending spirits

Fleeting 1 - 0.5 CD off slither. Gives you a little more mobility to play around with.

I tend to run this build mainly, mostly because theres a lot of main tanks out right now which means your don't really need your team to move fast with swift spirits. Also very helpful very a insanely aggro comp.

Pungent Gourd 1 - Has the same value as ritual magic 1 but in more of a burst effect. Also with many gourd 4 + chronos coming into play late game. The value in this card is unreal.

Dropping Cauterize

Easy heals

Tips - Looking for when these tanks are using their " drop caut " abilites will increase your healing numbers and make your team more healthy to turn a team fight.

Dropping cauterize is insanely important to know when a tank is looking to drop cauterize and when they cant drop cauterize. I will tell you some of the abilities that you should look for to get the most out of your heals. Now dropping cauterize all the time would be nice , but there will be times you're waiting for your tank to drop caut but they are getting pushed in really hard or taking a lot of poke damage. Which in result means they wont be dropping caut any time soon.

These are the 3 most common main tanks that are insanely easy to heal.

Barik - His bowling ball resets make him a survivable tank that you can keep alive for quite a while. Also with his big shield you should be looking for barik to drop cauterize when he puts up his shield if hes in a safe location and isnt being pushed.

Terminus - When ever you see term syphoning he is usually dropping caut so you can get the most out of your heals onto him to get him nice and healthy.

Inara - When inara DR's she takes increased healing and is really really easy to keep alive with a pocket.

Harder to drop caut tanks
AshKhanMakoaFernando
Notes

Ash - Can drop caut really easily when she hides behind her shield.

Khan - When his shield is up he can drop caut really easily unless someone is hitting over his shield from a higher elevation.

Makoa - Makoa's shield is good for dropping caut unless they push into his shield. Makes getting heals on him really easy.

Nando - Nando probably has the easiest time dropping caut due to his big shield.

Hard to drop caut tanks

Hard to drop caut tank
RuckusTorvald
Notes

Ruckus and Torvald - Are very similar when it comes to dropping cauterize. Both of these tanks dont have an ability to help them drop caut like the rest of the tanks do. There for these tanks need to play smart and not take to much damage and try to los enemies for a few seconds to get uncauted. If the player playing one of these two tanks isnt that smart, it is almost impossible to pocket them to make them survive , especially late game when caut 3's come into play.

Positioning for all support champs are key to being a good support. Where can you sit or play that you can easily see the majority of your teammates to get heals off without over peaking and dying for.

Slithering to reposition is really key for damba aswell and your slithers should be pretty precise if your know the map layouts well. Which if your have good spacial awareness will really help with your slithers.

Dont panic when you miss a heal. It's okay ... focus up and hit the next one. Even if you miss 2-3 in a row keep trying to focus up and hit your heals, take your time.

Throw your gourd like you would place a grohk totem is how i describe this. Your dont want your totem los of the enemy but you always want it in a position where it will heal whoever you're throwing it to. Although enemies cant destroy gourd, positioning it so if your tank has to hide around a corner for a second to un caut. your gourd is already there supporting them.

Dont over wait for someone to un caut themselves. it shouldnt take more then 1.5 seconds to uncaut. If the player is looking to un caut themselves.
