Dont be ashamed to put moonlight garden in your builds, but be ashamed if you put it in your build and miss every shot or dont shoot at all. I would not put moonlight garden in an io build because you wont be shooting all that much, only to get stuns which btw that stun has a 15 second cooldown you can see if you doggy is able to stun when his eye shine bright like a diamond on the icon near your health bar
