Welcome to Gattling Gore, the gun-toting, bullet-slinging build for offensive tanks. The main goal of this build is to never run out of ammo, or at least it never seems like it, while also healing obscene amounts.
I like being extra tanky, and extra tanky Raums are always harder to kill, anyways. I usually engage with Juggernaut, knockup the enemy, cancel it (I never see any Raums doing this), then press Ignition so I can have my gun up and already breaking off Soul Fragments. Soul Fragments are the bread and butter of this build. If you don't have them, you're dead. I usually press heal when im broken on armor and halfway through my base health, and I usually heal to full.
Your items shuld compliment your build and counter the enemy team. A must-buy for any tank, especially beefy ones like Raum, should be Rejuvenation. Rejuvenation helps your healer so much! I'd also recommend Life Rip since you're going to be damaging the enemy team anyways. Make sure to pick up Cauterize, too.
Situational items are, well, situational. I typially pick these items depending on how the match is going or if the DPS isn't helping me break shields or deployables. Veteran is fun, but not practical, because healing a 9k health Raum isn't fun unless there are two healers, or you're sweating like a madman.

A primary healer with AOE or branching heals work best with my Raum build, especially since he has lots of health. Some crowd control is also nice when paring with Raum, like Pip and Mal'damba, but they would be better as secondary healers with their main focus as damage.
If you want to switch out on of your DPS for a healer that is more focused on crowd control and damage, welcome to the right spot. Many people frown upon secondary healers, but I love them and wish they were utilized more. Here are some healers to consider when looking to cheese the enemy.
Corvus has a nice slow ultimate, and can also shield while healing.
Grohk does insane damage and can slow enemies while healing during his ultimate.
Jenos stunlocks people into the air, making easy pickings for Soul Fragments.
Pip slows enemies down with a basic ability and can turn them into chickens after a Raum ultimate.
Mal'damba can stun with his reload animation. More easy pickings for soul fragments.
Furia can also shield while healing and can make a nice, juicy stun with her beams.
