My opinion on the state of high ELO ranked drafts that seems to fill the current Meta. Each tier isnt in a particular order but a whole as a tier

the majority of champs that are well balanced and can make or break a team depending on the wielder

Champs that are map reliant, need buffs/reworks, or only work is specific compositions

might be good on PC but very unreliable on console or controller
