The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.
Field Deploy
Turret
Heal for 100 each time one of your base Turrets hits an enemy.
Level 5
Bowling Ball
Rocket Boots
Gain a 600-Health Shield for 3s after activating Rocket Boots.
Level 4
Accelerator Field
Barricade
Passing through your Barricade increases the Movement Speed of yourself or your allies by 6% for 5s.
Level 1
Double-Time
Rocket Boots
Heal for 150 every 1s for 3s after activating Rocket Boots.
Level 3
Combat Repair
Turret
Heal all of your Turrets for 180 every 1s while you are standing near them.
Level 2
Fortify
Barricade
Increase the maximum Health of Barricade by 2000 and reduce its Cooldown by 3s.

Dimensional Link
Spawn an Illusion with 20% Health when you swap to the spot of a dead Illusion.

Increase your Movement Speed by 50% while Dimensional Link is active.

Spring Forward
Dimensional Link
Increase the duration of Dimensional Link by 3.5s.

Spring Bloom
Illusion
Reduce the Cooldown of Illusion by 1s when an Illusion dies to an enemy.

Life Exchange
Shatter
Shatter instantly Heals your target for 800, but its Cooldown is increased by 1s and it no longer explodes your Illusions. Reduce the Cooldown of Shatter by 2s if you miss.

Warder's Field
Reduce your damage taken by 25% while standing in Warder's Field.

Heal for 44 every 1s while standing in Warder's Field.

Mother's Grace
Earthen Guard
Reduce your damage taken by 15%, gain an additional 20% Bonus Healing, and gain Immunity to Crowd Control while Earthen Guard is active.
