Smolder is now Zhin's best legendary as you can't use billow to escape anymore. While both playing him and fighting him I find that when not using smolder, billow is just prolonging death. Against Yomi and Guillotine, it's so easy to just follow Zhin and finish him off when he billows with low health, as he usually does. Guillotine is better than Yomi, Yomi is now trash. And I'm more than okay with that tbh. One of my favorite things to do is get a kill, billow and repeat and just be untouchable. Everyone ignores my opinion on this, though. Yomi and Guillotine are easy as hell to fight. Smolder not so much.
