hoard is pretty good IMO, the t3 boost is very nice since atlas likes nimble chronos a lot and atlas can struggle to afford 4 items anyways. lack of enemy resil in early game also mitigates the early credit sink. hoard chronos opener into DR/nimble/life rip/reload are good depending on build & matchup.
