I use this load-out when i feel like i need to focus of stunning a specific champion, or to duo a combination with another player. Though, Lately i have been Running it more because Decimation got boring and predictable. So being that its usually its not expected. Have a go with this one, tell me what you guys think. personally i find the play-style more enjoyable than decimation because of the on Demand aggressiveness you can advocate is sickening I have been an absolute bully with this basic load out. So the game plan is to Land the shatter fall and two swings on at least one or more enemy. though when able to hit multiple, do so the siphon uptime is resting shatter as quickly as possible, this is what makes this builds rotations so Hard to defend. If your able to fill your meter after landing shatterfall another full spent siphon will reset shatter falls CD again. Rince and Repeat. Tweak for situational encounters.

This is complete opinion and play style. Id say the only must have for this build is Chronos maxed for stupid fast Shatterfall resets. I like to Life Rip Because siphone drops Cauterize and it heal nice when u can place some wide multi-connection swings ( illusions, walls, deployables, enemies).
