Talent: Tigron’s Fury
Fury allows for the combo: Chakram>Heavy Blade>Chakram>Heavy Blade>Chakram
Combat Trance is a strong ability. I like to give it some more utility by making myself extra tanky.
I don't have any CD reduction on Crouching Tigron because I rarely need it to disengage after using it to engage. Usually, I'll use Crouching Tigron to claim/engage on high ground, If I start losing the fight for the position, I'll already have Combat Trance active from the engagement and just use the speed boost to walk away. Otherwise, if two flanks jump me while I'm spamming at the tank/supports, I'll just use Combat Trance to pressure the attackers while I fall back.

Chronos for more Combat Trance uptime or for Crouching Tigron cooldown.
I like to look for duels to take power positions, so any support that has a tough time healing more mobile champs won't pair as well.
I like to have both a hitscan and projectile champ on my team. They can help you finish more slippery enemies. Having a less mobile dmg partner will also help your supports keep track of the team. Otherwise, teaming up with champs with similar mobility to Tiberius (like Octavia) lets you both attack high ground at the same time.
