VII is currently my main, so I would like to share my current thoughts and my current builds for VII.
Oh yeah, and stop buying KTH and life rip on VII.

Tribunal Upgrades
Build Section
Notes

This build is specifically if you know how to play VII.
You will need to know:
- Cooldown management for VII
- Positioning for VII
- The preferred maps to play this build on
VII with this build has more limited mobility in trade for a more consistent damage output with burst fire. Do not use any other weapon mode, as they have significantly less DPS than VII's burst fire. If you cannot aim or cannot manage cooldowns correctly, you will suffer with this build.
This is my current main ranked build, and is great fun.

Overcharged (NOT RECCOMMENDED)
Build Section
Notes

Overcharged is VII's worst talent, so I would strongly advise against using it. In every case, VII's other talents are significantly better due to VII's extremely efficient ranged capabilities, while this is more of a close range oriented build.
This build will be more of a tank buster build, which is most certainly NOT VII's main strength.
For this build to be effective, Mag Dump would be preferred when using grappling hook to pull people towards you.
Notes for this one, if you are in ranked, do not use this.
Overcharged as a talent severely weakens VII's mobility, cutting one entire grappling hook out of the picture, leaving him more vulnerable. So cooldown management if you want to use this is a must.

Haven may be exchanged for resilience if needed.

Level 2

Spring Loaded Variant One
Build Section
Notes

This is a more generally known VII build, which can also be much more beginner friendly.
It focuses largely on his cooldowns, with the build helping reduce them by quite substantial margins.
This build can probably be found across a lot of people's builds, as it is extremely good and very forgiving for certain mistakes with movement.

Spring Loaded Variant Two
Build Section
Notes

This is for people who are able to manage cooldowns pretty well.
It focuses more on distance covered rather than reducing cooldowns.
I use this build when coming up against specific characters (Lian, Kasumi, those types.)
VII's mobility is absolutely mental once you get the hang of this build, with a small bit of cooldown reduction to add to the mix. Do not use this on cramped maps however, such as Ice Mines.
