Dragon Fangs ! (TheLastAc3_
Build Section
Notes

Dragon Fangs Talent - Focus on using claws - only time you should use SMG's is if you got to the low health threshold of getting knocked into them, and You know you can secure the kill even with your death.

(also you'll get about half a second of auto use by holding primary fire down after a skewer and instantly switching back to claws- although you should only use skewer as a repositioning tactic, not a main attack)
THE WHOLE FOCUS OF USING DRAGON FANGS MIXED WITH HEALTH STEAL
IS BECAUSE CLAWS HAVE A HIGHER DPS THAN YOUR SMG'S - WHICH MEANS IF YOU CAN MAXIMIZE YOUR LIFE EXPECTANCY THEN YOU CAN MAXIMIZE YOUR KDA
The con of Dragon Fangs is that in order to maximize your DPS, you are constantly in Claws, which means you constantly take a 200 hp/s drain- which you aim to cancel with this build and even heal enough to keep alive regardless of the drain that the talent card gives you, especially since high DPS output will make up for it as well)
whenever you can - use your resource bar for F ability, as it provides extra healing OUTSIDE of diminishing returns
(Dims could possibly be affected with Wind's embrace by a supporter healing you but that is still unclear if it counts as the same stat- and even if it did 100 health a second is nowhere near enough to Diminish heals from a support) (let alone that the 100 is necessary to HALF the con of Dragon Fangs talent when agility is active)
(you should be focusing on keeping agility active as often as possible because of this)
(dims on health stealing is unavoidable) You will start to see diminishing returns with life rip but the card values are build around planning for lvl3 LR so dont worry about dims. you have a 45% Heath Steal after life rip 3
(though dims cause a ten percent cancel to life rip, it is still worth it to grab life rip three by the later rounds, but life rip 2 as soon as possible. I tested backing off the card to a 20 rather than 25 and still its roughly around a 6% increase (instead of 10) for life rip per level no matter if the card is 20% or 25% so might as well push it to hit the 45 cap with max values)
(if you think this is a better alternative to allowing a whole ten percent reduction on life rip to take place - then take a point off of Criminal Record and apply it to Raw Talent - letting you get the other side of balancing dims while also getting a boost in Agility's movement speed)
Swift Hands is just for when you (rarely) use skewer and need to get BACK into claws fast to continue attacking
Raw Talent isn't affected by dims at its level - especially since you SHOULDN'T be getting nimble

(yeah i said it- kill to heal is a much better replacement)
Harsh Training takes 2 points because the 100 is a flat value and works well with the 100 on Wind's Embrace and to help balance dims on health steal - which health steals are your main gig as a counter to the con of the Dragon Talent.

--------------ITEMS
Life Rip- ...it's ... life rip... you need it
Kill To Heal - This will work hand in hand with Life Rip and keep you alive longer - only downside is you need to be able to aim so you can actually kill
Haven - Same idea as KTH but as a passive damage reduc. This will keep the enemy from doing as much damage to you which means less of a toll that 200 (100 with agility active) hp/s drain that Dragon Fangs is giving you, has.
Caut - If you can minimize THEIR healing while MAXIMIZING your own- the You're almost certain to outlive every one on one encounter... HECK I have koga TANKED before using this strategy (although that's only when the enemy team already isn't doing too hot and its not advised)
-----------------

-unlisted items- (resilience and nimble)
(RESILLIANCE IS A SITUATIONALLY BASED OPTION - IF YOU DONT NEED IT - STICK TO THE OTHER FOUR ITEMS)
(IF YOU HAVE AN ENEMY TEAM THAT YOU CAN SHRED THROUGH BECAUSE THEY EITHER HAVE POOR HEALING OR POOR DAMAGE THEN YOU CAN HAVE FUN AND USE NIMBLE BUT BECAUSE OF THAT NIMBLE IS PROBABLY EQUALLY AS SITUATIONAL AS RESILLIANCE)
