Teleport - Flicker// These two are gonna be the one you feel the most since you'll be blinking every 4-8 seconds realistically with Evie, its just a buff for distance to be able to take high ground and make the enemy brake its neck, flicker is the best self sustain card and should always be above 2 in any worm hole build since it can heal up to 500 in a second. (.3 seconds without in-game lag)

Swift witch// One of the best mobility options in the game, you want to use this to hit combos or just flee, that's why you want to make sure you aren't easy to hit, make your self unpredictable w this card and you can give the enemy a headache.

biting cold- Howling gale// Biting cold is the best amo regeneration card, normally you would want to go cantrip but combined with howling gale (very underrated card) you can use ice block for a millisecond, get out of it and escape things like inaras cripple, just super useful to use for a second and get out with a few buffs, the speed buff is extremely good to throw your enemies off guard.

Cauterize is always necessary with flanks, life rip is good for poking its this build since you int always want to go for killing blows when teleporting to the backline a very common mistake, master riding is very good to get evie positioned before she gets ambushed at base, resilience is super necessary, yes evie can use ice block with howling gale to escape cripple or stuns like rams ultimate, but its really hard to do that on grovers deep roots and even jenos's grab if you're on cool down, khans is also extremely annoying but that doesn't happen too often.
