So I don't know why but I feel this will help a lot of starter Tyra players. This build is mainly based around the Fire Bomb. I made this build to focus on this because I've seen a lot of starter Tyra players use the Fire Bomb a lot and I did too so I made a build around that. So I guess here it is, I hope this helps, please let me know.
Okay so here is the build itself - It works for all Gamemodes
So, we have:
Turn The Table - Level 1. This will help you in small fights or getting the killing blows. I usually save my Nade Launcher for the final hit on an enemy or to help with damage in a team fight. This card will heal you for 60 for each enemy hit with Nade Launcher, meaning if in a team fight you panic and use this and hit multiple people, that's an easy 120 to 240 heals.
Incensed - Level 3. This will aid you in escaping and just getting around fast. "Increase your Movement Speed by 24% for 4s after using Fire Bomb." The best thing to do is to instantly throw you Fire Bomb onto the point whether it was Siege or Onslaught/King Of The Hill: the reason for this is it helps you move position fast meaning the enemy may not know where you'll be going. You may just wanna do it to be fast so it's harder to be hit.
Volatile - Level 3. Reduce the Cooldown of Fire Bomb by 1.8s. To be honest this helps a lot when it's based on your Fire Bomb Cooldowns. This card will aid the final card on this loadout.
Locked and Loaded - Level 3. Increase your maximum Ammo by 6. This is more than enough Ammo for you to stay alive and do a lot of damage to the enemy. More often than not you'll win in a 1v1 fight, see the Strong & Weak section.
Primal Might -Level 5. Reduce your active Cooldowns by 50% after getting an Elimination. This card will help incredibly well if you're doing a lot of damage to the enemy for your teammates to kill. This will reset all cooldowns that are active (in most cases your Fire Bomb and/or Nade Launcher)

Increase your Movement Speed by 24% for 4s after using Fire Bomb.

Reduce the Cooldown of Fire Bomb by 1.7999999999999998s.

Increase your maximum Ammo by 6.

Reduce your active Cooldowns by 50% after getting an Elimination.

Fire Bomb deals 30% increased damage and applies a 60% reduce healing effect.

Your weapon shots gain +10% Lifesteal.

Deft Hands

Increase your Reload Speed by 20%.

These are the items you will start with for this build. The deft hands will help with faster reloads but due to your extra ammo, it'll happen a lot less. Life Rip will help for when you're going in and dealing damage, it'll heal you for your shots you land and that might well save your life and help the team.

Level 2
So in order to do this, you will need at least 900 Credits so save them if you don't have enough. Usually you should have enough by getting in damage, capture points, kills etc.

Increase your Reload Speed by 40%.

Depending on the pace of the game, if you're winning then you will be able to purchase both Level 2s.
Having Level 2 on Life Rip increases your chance of staying alive and receiving your own heals when needed.
Having Level 2 on Deft Hands makes your reload faster by 40%. This helps you do even more damage in a shorter space of time by Reloading quicker.
However if you can only purchase one item then I suggest getting Life Rip - Level 2. This increase your chance of staying alive and receiving your own heals when needed. Then keep saving for Deft Hands Level 2.

Increase your Reload Speed by 60%.

For the final items, work towards Level 3 on all but for your final item, it's all dependable on how the game is going. For example: If you're up against a Bomb King and he's a real challenge then purchase Blast Shields. Make sure to keep up with the damage on enemies to get assists which will decrease all your active cooldowns.

Getting a kill or elimination heals you for 200 Health, unaffected by Anti-Healing.
