Cassie's Megaton card basically just grants her Blast Shot the same benefit as Drogoz's Combustible, minus the DoT.
Avoid use if:
You have a Jenos on your team. Hitting an enemy affected by Jenos's Void Grip with any sort of knockback will interrupt the channeling and end the duration.
One or more enemies that you will be regularly be dealing with do not have midair inaccuracy when in midair. Champions unaffected by midair inaccuracy are: Maeve, Evie, Androxus, and Buck,

Use this build if you're focusing on dueling and/or dealing with single isolated targets. This is also my go-to when I have a Jenos on my team. You can take a point out of Blast Shower and put it into Drain Life, if you'd like.

Anything that isn't a singlepoint hitscan that outranges you, you farm.
Your bad matchups aren't even that bad, just don't be a dumb dumb.
Cassie's items hardly change from playstyle to playstyle. Buy Cauterize and Chronos pretty much always, buy Resilience against shittons of CC, other blue items depending on enemy team comp.
You can swap out Master Riding for Chronos or a blue item if you're on a big boy map like Timber Mill.
Go Bulldozer lategame if up against Imani or Inara.
Morale Boost if hard carrying instead of playing normally.
Rejuvenate is fine as a 4th item, no other green is worth it.
Use common sense for Wrecker and always slap Wrecker when they have a Torvald.
