This isn't a build guide really, this is a guidebook for movement tips.
Chronos 3 turns your 8-sec cooldown of "Port" into 6. This makes Corvus a movement god. Plus, goes well with his healing too so no reason not to get level 3.
Reduce the Cooldown of all your abilities by 30%.
The SNEAKY Talus (TST)
-Put you Port behind you, move and shoot, then teleport back.
Don't do this if you are pressured, use this to GET pressure on your enemies on the backline. Also don't spam this, this gets predictable and slow.
The Evie Drop (yes, most of these are tactics used by other champs) or the (TEP)
-Go above and poof (using your port duh), SUPRISE *Beep* *Beep*
This just ruins people with no movement like Viv or Strix, but you have to surprise them by shooting then TEPing
The Dalmaba Stun (TDS)
-Chuck it right at that boi. Poof right behind them to confuse them. Poofing doesn't work if they have good reflexes.
Again, low mobile champs are going to get confused. I think this doesn't work against people with shields though if you aim at the shield.
The Kinessa Teleport (TKT)
-Like Kinessa, get to high ground or behind or better positioning and poof right away. You have a surprisingly good effective distance that can pressure even the bravest Meave. You actually do more DPS than Meave if you sweat and hit all your shots (it's not hard with the small spread and almost no recoil).
The Evie Blink (TEB)
-Like the TKT, but teleport to the enemies backline or weak enemies. Remember if you have another healer/healthy teammates or else you melt or your teammates die.
The Face Melter (TFM)
-This isn't a movement tool, but strafing and headshots (your weapon is so easy to aim) will actually beat most damage and flanks. This is math.
70 per 0.07 equals 13 per second. 910 (which is great actually for support). 50 percent times 910 equals 1315.
You might say that DPS can melt faster with headshots. However, most weapons have a high spread or recoil or do even less (except the two snipers).
Gain 21% Movement Speed.
Increase your Movement Speed by 30% for 3s after activating Projection.
Enemies hit by Projection are stunned for 1s and any enemy caught between your Projection and you when you Teleport takes 800 damage.
Reduce the Cooldown of Projection by 2.5s for each enemy hit by it.
Healing an ally with Abyssal Reconstruction reduces the Cooldown of Projection by 2.5s. This effect can only occur once every 5s.
