Lillith is one of the most versatile champs out there. I have several builds for several scenarios. Here are some rules to always follow regardless of your playstyle:
1. ALWAYS have Blood Canon as high as you can. It results in more health overall.
2. 99% of the time it's better to have your Hex on an ally. Not because you're healing them. Who gives a fuck? Nah, YOU get more healing when healing an ally versus an enemy. More sustain equals more wins.
3. Wings of Death is not just an escape, but rather a repositioning tool. If you're hanging out in one spot for too long, start moving. Go toward your allies, heal them, then get on outta there
4. Enemies in your Swarm count as Marked. This means that shooting both Hexed enemies AND enemies in Swarm uses no Ammo and activates cards pertaining to Marked (like Tainted Form)
5. Your Ult is a god mode. It heals you like crazy and gives your team lifesteal. It charges crazy fast. I mainly use it as a self-heal to escape, or I'll use it before a big team fight to give mine the advantage. You can go pretty aggressive while your Ult is up, but just be careful to not overshoot yourself if you're not going DMG.
Just friggin... vomit out heals oh my gosh.
Kill to Heal is great cause it heals your blood health and as a Support you get TONS of Elims. (I get up to 30 no problem)
Morale Boost can let you get your ult in under 30 seconds at tier 3. You're dealing damage AND healing at the same time, so your Ult SHOOTS up. Capitalize on it. After those two you can kinda do whatever. Chronos and Haven are always safe bets, and don't be shy to nab Master Riding if it's a big map.
Always always have your Hex on an Ally. Your reduced dmg with Cursed Accord means that Hex is gonna do jack shit on an enemy.
Shove your Hex on a squishy and LEAVE IT. You're not Jenos. It heals an ally more the longer it's on them, AND HEALS YOU MORE TOO! So do that! But keep it up once it ends! Having it on an ally makes it so you can shove swarm on the point non-stop with little cost.
I have both Enriched Blood and Symbiotic Relationship because they balance out. If you have them both they end up providing 20% bonus healing no matter what (unless they're both at Rank 5). You can customize them if you want for what works for you. I find a longer duration to be more beneficial, so I put most points into Symbiotic. This way I get 20% bonus healing on Swarm without 20% cost, and only a .35 second duration reduction.
Area healers like Mal'Damba and Lilith are great because they help make the point an unsafe place for the enemy tank while keeping your own tank up. Spam swarm on the point while jumping around in the backline so the enemy flanks can't catch up. If they do catch up, head for a friend. You can't deal that much damage, so you can't outlast people as easily. On top of that, use Death Wings to reposition yourself to get in LOS of your Flanks. If you're REALLY confident, you can use Malicious Intent so you can keep your damage up while allowing you to support the point.

Shove yourself in the enemy's face so they can see your pretty red hair before they die two seconds later.
PRIORITIZE NIMBLE FIRST. Otherwise you'll never keep up with your target. After that's at Level 3, get Kill to Heal and Morale Boost. Once they're full, Haven (Or Veteran if you're using Tainted Form)
Pro Tip: You can fully charge your Swarm and hold it at that full charge while using Death Wings. This means you can charge your Swarm, hold it, leap to an enemy, and release it as soon as you land so you can start dealing damage immediately.
Hex an Ally for that HP boost and Swarm cost reduction. Charge your Swarm fully and Death Wings to your victim. Slam down on top of em and start shooting.
You COULD shove Tainted Form in here since you would be hitting a Marked enemy, but I've gone 22/10/34 with this build.

Swarm is now cast on yourself and follows you around instead of being placed on the ground, its ability cost is decreased by 25%, and its radius is increased by 30%.

This is when you got a sweaty Andro main as a friend and want to leech off of their kills.
Pretty much the same as a basic healing, just with a focus on giving your squishy as big of a buff as you can in addition to the healing. The movement cards help you keep up with them a bit better since you're going to be using Death Wings a LOT. You could take points from Waning Moon and put them into either of the movement cards if you wanted.
But yeah. Spam Hex on your lucky squishy and watch the fireworks. Use Swarm for anyone else who needs it. DMG is not your focus here you're gonna be too preoccupied. Definitely use your ult as a brief rage mode to get some offense in, just to keep yourself sane. :)

Blood Cannon
Armor
Increase extra Blood Health by 1000 while decreasing base Health by {scale=125|125}.

Level 1
Honestly if you don't have a tank, it's best to just go DMG with Vampyric Horde. But if you wanna be the tank, you still can!
Once again, always have your hex on an ally to get as much self healing as possible. Kill to Heal is a priority. After that I'd recommend Haven or Morale Boost as they both aid survivability. Veteran also will boost Tainted form so that's another viable option. You're going for maximum sustain here.
Maelstrom of Carnage helps keep the point an unsafe place for the enemies. Gloomy Nook gives you more sustain, and a little CC reduction from Convenient Leech can never hurt. Use your Hex to keep your Swarm cost low low low so you have as much health as possible. Just play as a tank. The only issue is, only you can heal yourself. And if there isn't another support on the team, they'll be out of heals since you're focusing purely on the point. Stick with your team. You have no way to negate Antiheal, so play it smart and slow.
