Check out the guide by N00bForceZer0 for patch 3.3. His guide is outdated in some points, so I'll point out what has changed and go over the new matchups for Vora
Changes that change how she is played- 2x -10% Projektile size of her Deadly Scythe:She can't poke as effectively as bevor, but it's still huge ass, so if she pokes she still nearly always has the advantage.- Removed the dmg immunity at the start of her ultimate:So this is a problem. She still has 30% dr but the 2s complete dmg immunity where what she used to eat the huge bursts of for example Lian. Whit this change its not as effective to use her ult to save her but to execute tanks. Don't get me wrong you can still use it to get awey but judt not as effective as bevor.

His new build.
I don't have the experience in this game to say which items he plays with this deck, but i guess these 3 based of his items for other decks.

My aim isn't the best, so I use a build with max. sustain to be really forgiving
With new champions and changes also come new counters to Vora
Androxus: Since the cursed revolver change Andro just outdamages Vora.
Vatu: Cause of his high mobility and strong burst Vatu just deletes Vora like Lex if you can't build enough distance, what is not easy against this shadow.
Vii: Just broken lol higher dmg, better mobility
Corvus: You can nearly always kill him. Be careful if he plays dmg to keep your distance so you can dodge the projection with your obliteration.
Lillith: Just burst her down.
Rei: I'm not sure but I think you can counter her link with obliteration.
Saati: If she uses a hide deck u can just trek her like every other invis Champion. If she plays window of opportunity you have to predict when she uses Blast Back and dodge it by using obliteration.
I might be a biosed at her cause I play her and know when to counter Blast Back, but its pretty eazy to learn the timing.
