Description
This build is based on high moonlight capacity and moonlight regeneration and I have only tested it in Quick Play vs players. Luna is mostly used for body blocking and stunning flankers or tanks contesting the point, nothing more. You can only hope your team gets Rejuvenate as healing really does become useless without it in late game.
Cards and Talent
• Sanctum of Faith
Pretty self-explanatory as this build is made to have high moonlight regeneration so it is put at 5
.
• Swift Arrows
For this one, I used it to fill a slot and left it at 1. I chose it because it seems best for most situations than something like Celestial Body. 50 HP really isn't much to add to your pool, but 6% movement speed could possibly get someone out of AoE damage quicker.
• Restored Faith
This one is also a filler so I left it at 1. I guess if survivability is more important to you than healing capacity or regeneration then you could put more points on it.
• Moonwalk
Also self-explanatory as it is for increasing moonlight capacity so you can heal for longer so I set it to 5. It is good for keeping damage reduction on a person if you predict the enemy to be using an ability or etc.
• Moonlight Garden
This one I set to 3. It is useful in a pinch if you need to get moonlight and there are enemies you can milk for it by shooting them.
• Goddess' Blessing
This is used to help counter the anti-heal. It is also a good combination with tanks that have high damage reduction already such as Inara or Yagorath as 2 examples.
Items
• Nimble
This is 1st priority. Being able to keep line of sight with your team is hard enough as is, and Nimble will help with that. Also can help you escape in some situations.
• Master Riding
This is 2nd priority. It is to ensure if you are killed that your downtime is as small as possible and you can return to the fight often to heal.
• Haven
For survivability. This is my 3rd priority.
• Veteran
Last one I buy. Helps with survivability.
My Playstyle:
The way that I play IO with this build is I try to position myself where I can see my team as best as possible, while keeping an eye out for flankers or ranged damage line of sight. I keep Luna on call in case I need help stunning a flanker to kill them before they kill me. If I see the tank struggling with the enemy tank, such as Raum or Terminus, then I will put Luna near the point and shoot the enemy tank so Luna will stun them and give our tank the edge to push them off or eliminate them. Very helpful with tearing down Raum's shielding. I prioritize healing the tank as much as possible to give them the 15% damage reduction when taking damage. I will update this better later on if I can find a better way to describe my playstyle, but maybe this build will help someone with their matches.

Inara is a really good matchup. Earthen Guard + Mother's Grace + Rejuvenate + Goddess' Blessing really helps to make her hard to kill.
Yagorath's damage reduction when planted + Hardening + Unnatural Persistence + Goddess' Blessing helps with healing as well due to lot of reduced damage and self healing.
Raum's Soul Armor is useful, and giving damage reduction by healing with Goddess' Blessing helps keep the shield up longer.
Terminus's Power Siphon to block damage, and Undying talent help reduce damage and helps with healing as well.
Azaan's life steal from Persistence + 12% damage reduction if 100% with Ire helps.
