This loadout is amazing for any enemy team with deployables and personal shields. I'd still recommend some Wrecker for a Nando or Koa, but for Inara, Azaan, Barik, Grohk, Ying, or any combination of those this loadout is amazing!

To begin make sure you start with Deft Hands 2 - minimum. Beyond that each item is situational and depends on your in-match needs at the time.

The key to this build is to always know where to plant your right click to melt deplyoables.

By "weak", I just mean these folks can counter you pretty easily if you're not careful. Cassie and Andro are the only two that legit "counter" Betty if you have any sense of positioning or map awareness.
