This is my first ever build on this site, so pardon me if it sucks, has been done before, or isn't useful.
Preparation is your best friend here. Using this Talent, this build works incredibly well for people who want fast kills and making sure your team is protected from enemy flanks.
These tips can apply to all game modes, but this loadout works best on Siege, with any map if you know them all well enough to remember where the Flank routes are located.
This build is ammo-oriented, to make reloading less problematic, and to give you more room to do damage if your aim isn't that great.
Firstly, buy Nimble. You need to be moving fast as Skye, because you need to get into the backline of the enemy team to do your job well.
Before entering the enemy team's line of sight, head down a side route where you can hide behind a corner and throw down your Smokescreen. Here, you can safely watch the enemy team approach the point, and decide who you will target first.
The most obvious hits are the Supports, and the snipers. Depending on how much of a threat you perceive the others are to your own team's supports, it's also optimal to take out the enemy flanks. Using your Poison Bolt, hold down both your Default fire button and your Alt fire when you are facing a target to hopefully land the bolt and immediately dish out a huge amount of damage in just a matter of seconds.
Depending on how long your target can manage to live, you'll have enough time to trigger the poison bolt again and kill them before they can heal. If you do manage to kill them before the cooldown finishes (5 seconds), stop holding down the alt fire immediately; your cooldowns reset for every kill you get, so you don't want to accidentally waste your bolt.
Generate 4 Ammo after getting an Elimination.
Increase your maximum Ammo by 6.
You do not consume Ammo for 2.5s after hitting an enemy with Poison Bolts.
Increase your Reload Speed by 30% for 5s after using Poison Bolts.
Reduce the Cooldown of Poison Bolts by 2.4000000000000004s.
Gain 21% Movement Speed.
Kill to Heal
Getting a kill or elimination heals you for 600 Health.
Increase your Ultimate charge rate by 20%.
Your weapon shots reduce the effect of healing on your target by 50% for 1.5s.
Killing Blows reset your Cooldowns and Heal you for 500.
May or may not be trouble.
