This is my first time submitting a build of my own so if you have any suggestions or changes please feel free to let me know <3 For Talent I recommend using Tigron's Fury.
(also I have only been playing Tiberius for about 4 days now and this has been what works best for me, I am sure there are potentially better builds out there but I just enjoy this one so far)
