been using this to grind to 50 and as long as allies know when to get in and out of the chain heal’s range. the dr and ult card stacks up quick too. talent is always Extension for unli bounce.

5 Refreshing Break (ult gen per bounce)

4 dmg reduc per bounce

4 chain heal cd per enemy hit

1 increase spirit link heal’s tick per second

1 heal 20 per 1s when linked to ally

(the last card looks weird but it that 20 heal/second saved my bunny’s ass couple of times. just in time to throw in a bounce heal)

rei shines when members know to take advantage of those heal bounces esp with that ult and dmg reduc card. ult gen for the team and the dmg reduc for rei so she can support longer. this build survived a lot of team clashes with just me bouncing around the chain heals while also throwing in some normal shots.

the only cons for this is when you get a random member that is too focused on his own kills and forgets that he is on the other side of the map and missing out on the heal and buffs.

items:

top 3 items are always nimble, chronos and haven, fourth item is situational:

i always start off with nimble two so i can catch up quick to allies.

then Chronos 2

then Haven 2

the fourth item depends if enemy team has an annoying crowd control player then I insert Resilience.

if not, I get veteran for added tankyness esp when you have no problems stacking up that dmg reduc card from the healing bounces.

I don't bother with illumination since you can basically 'see' skye strix when you link to them.

no caut. the point of this build is a Full Support Role that can sustain the team.
