The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Increase the Knockback distance of Shoulder Bash by 40%.

Kinetic Burst
Heal for 300 over 2s for each enemy hit by Kinetic Burst.
Level 2
Percussion
Kinetic Burst
Increase the Knockback distance of Kinetic Burst by 24%.
Level 3
Battering Ram
Shoulder Bash
Reduce your damage taken by 75% while using Shoulder Bash.

Increase your maximum Health by 600.

Charge
Apply a Knockback of 400 to enemies hit by Charge.

Reduce the Cooldown of Shield by 4s. This card also increases the rate of Shield gain when using Aegis.

Heat Transfer

Reduce the Cooldown of Charge by 0.5s for every 1000 damage your Shield takes.
