This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Reduce the Cooldown of Poppy Bomb by 0.4s for each Sticky Bomb you Detonate.
Level 4
Royal Subjects
Weapon
Increase the radius of Sticky Bombs' explosions by 20%, but reduce maximum Ammo count by 2.
