The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Heal for 60 after hitting at least one enemy with Defiance.

Reversal
Reduce the Cooldown of Reversal by 3.5999999999999996s.

Reversal
Reversal always fires back and does an additional 800 damage.
