The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Armor
Reduce your active Cooldowns by 40% after getting an Elimination.

Swift Witch
Soar
Increase your Movement Speed during Soar by 28%.
Level 4
Cantrip
Soar
Generate 3 Ammo after activating Soar.
Level 3
Snow Globe
Ice Storm
Ice Storm has its damage increased by 100% and its Ultimate charge decreased by 50%, but its duration is reduced to 3s.

Heal for 100 every 1s while Spirit Linked to an ally.

Spirit Link
Reduce the damage done by any enemy you are linked to with Spirit Link by 12%.

Chain Heal
Reduce the damage you take by 1% for 2s for each ally hit with Chain Heal. This effect stacks.

Leipori Prayer
Chain Heal
Grant 50% Reload Speed for 1s to each player to which Chain Heal bounces.

Increase the Healing Spirit Links provides every 1s to your linked friendly target by 80 Health.

Spirit Link
Spirit Link's Cooldown is increased to 7s and it now only lasts for 4s, but its base effects are tripled.
