The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Heal for 75% of your maximum Health after getting a Killing Blow on your Retribution target.

Inescapable
Retribution
Increase your Movement Speed by 20% while you are within 60 units of your Retribution target.

Increase the damage you deal to your Retribution target by 25%.
