I feel obligated to put PC champions high in this list because they have the potential to be in their respective tiers, mad respect if you can play them, compared to a PC tier list some characters are ranked higher while other are ranked lower taking into account how realistic it is for the character to perfrom using a controller so if you see BK in the same tier as Viktor it's because I've seen people make the character be that good even though the skill ceiling is way more demanding, that said characters that no matter how good you are can't be as good as the parts are ranked lower because after all this is console tier list. With all that in mind this tier list is not biased towards the so called "broken" console characters and I'm not afraid to rank them correctly based on higher ranks. Some characters might be too low or too high but this is my first time doing this so cut me some slack.
