Free Agent - Southeast Asia
This tierlist is made of my opinions in the current meta. These opinions come from watching multiple Paladins Pro Circuit games and also my own judgement and experience.

Super meta and seen a lot in PPC and ranked. Torvald, Jenos and Corvus are the standard pocketers, Terminus punishes spammers and Inara is still standing strong even after her Mother's Grace nerf.

These have been used almost every match, and some of them are banned every match. Fernando has been a good pointtank and offtank for a while now, Vik and Viv keep getting banned or chosen, and the rest are chosen a lot. I feel like Cassie is between S+ and SS. PPC has been seeing a lot of them so far.

These have been seen a lot of been banned a lot. Ash has been seen playing as an offtank in PPC for a while now, and Barik is sorta a morphed up tank and offtank. The others are self-explanatory. Been seen a decent amount of times and most have a high ban rate.

Seen a lot of times or banned a lot of times. Zhin and BK has been banned frequently so far, and the rest have been seen in play but didn't do super good or super bad. Just average.

Seen a decent amount of times, did good in some, did bad in others.

Haven't been seen much, but could probably do good if players used them more.

Healer Skye has been seen a few times, Seris has only once or twice, Willo has a few times but I don't think she did that good compared to other damagers.

Moji, Ying and Pip all haven't been seen much.
