Console high elo meta.
This is assuming that each champion can be played at a high level of play in terms of skill of the person playing the champion but also how a good enemy could counter or outplay the champion.
Just my opinion of what I've seen work, would highly differ from a low skill tier list (Skye would be S for instance)

These champions are very effective on console and are probably the best bans if you know your team is also at a high skill level. Very little counter picks or the counter is low tier.

These champions are also solid bans and can carry a game if not dealt with, able to be countered but not without some effort.

Decent pick ups and can be deadly if drafted properly

Fair picks but lacking the versatility for a higher placement

Not bad but easily counterable or ineffective against a solid team

Not effective on console, mostly due to Midrange hitscan dominance

Eh tier. Very niche.

Not a throw pick but just unreliable.
