I'm not super great at this game, however I have a somewhat fair knowledge of the ins and outs, as well as how the game is best played. With that being said, take these placements with a grain of salt. With VII and Andro nerfed and Kasumi wreaking havoc, this list should be very interesting.

PLEASE DEVS FUCKING NERF THIS BITCH AND DO IT ASAP HOLY SHIT THIS CHARACTER IS BS. No skill, no effort, no aim and still has disproportionately massive value. Level 0 Kasumis literally leave the match with double the kills of anyone in S+ tier.

I am a BK Stan until the end. They really thought Royal Subjects would stop being the go to talent after taking away a measly two ammo, a measly two levels off his ammo card. You're gonna have to do better than that Hi Rez.
Also don't mind the off tanks all in here, I may have a SLIGHT bias...

But in all seriousness she's very good in both off and main support positions. Y'all gotta stop crapping on her because she's an easier and noob friendly champ.
Most of the other go to cores of their class are also here. The pinnacle point tank, a very good blaster in Willo, and Zhin, one of the few flanks that actually stand a chance against Ms. Auto Aim herself.
Rei is incredible with focus and another support. Furia comes to mind immediately. Also she's the go to on Bazaar. Those walls are wacky....

Fernando is higher than Barik because he's more annoying to deal with in my experience, as well as more straightforward and can play both tank rolls to a certain degree.
DPS that can outrange Kasumi are gonna be mainstays until she's nerfed. Also can people PLEASE pick Commander's Credit... Ultimate can be great with characters like Grohk, Furia or Imani, but for the love of god never pick Cooldown or Shield. They're just so suboptimal....

I absolutely love the niche that Corvus fills. He enables flank heavy comps better than any other support.
These characters tend to only be super good if you're super good at them. Still solid though

Vik is so much higher than he needs to be purely because he outranges Kasumi...
You have no idea how tempted I am to put Yago in S+ tier lmao. Too bad she get's pretty easy to work around at higher levels, not to mention she's countered by a certain S+ Tier dps...

These guys are solid and can be valuable with high enough skill, but I just don't see that value often enough

Most of these characters either fill a niche or are just decent even at the highest skill levels. Most can be reliably countered by characters higher on the list.

These characters tend to be outdone in their rolls by almost every other character. Could still get value if you're GODS at them but...

Most of the high skill flanks are only down here due to Kasumi's existence. They'll be higher after her inevitable nerfs....
Vivian is the worst character to play and I put her down here mostly out of spite. At least she's outclassed in every regard so putting her down here isn't ENTIRELY unjustified. Seriously, how people can play such a mind numbing champ is genuinely beyond my comprehension.
