Considering using them only as a support, not considering flank builds, damage builds and other stuff.
ss
Jenos doesn't have the highest healing but you can heal every team member at the same time, he can heal behind walls, good for damages and flanks. The most meta support for ranked gameplay right now.
s+
Seris has high healing and for closed maps you can also heal most of the team, its awesome for tanks and also good for escaping flanks.
s
The most useful support ult while still having one of the highest healings, but most useful for tanks and long range healing. Definitely not good at healing many team members at the same time, but still a good support for ranked gameplay.
s-
Both have good healing, very useful ults and quite good for ranked gameplay, Damba's ult can be good against flankers and Grover's ult is the best ult, if your team is low just a single ult can heal all of them, both can deal damage while healing to help the team.
a+
Good healing, useful for ranked but not essential, less versatile ults like damba and grover but definitely A+, all of them doesn't have many downsides.
a
Just good at healing, useful ults but out of the meta, hard to learn and hard to master, but if you know how to play then its almost S- rank.
a-
Good closed map support but only if Seris, Jenos or Grover aren't available.

Also one of the worst healers, Pip is way more useful as a Flank compared to using only for healing. His ult is very useful but only if you hit multiple enemies, its hard to heal most of the team at the same time, almost useless for higher ranked gameplay just like Grohk.
d
The worst healer in the game even if you master him, its out of the meta for years, low healing.. Its a good hybrid support for damage on closed maps, but the tier list is about playing entirely as a support role, so its why Grohk is almost useless at ranked.
