Warning: This tierlist and the description of it includes ideas.

There are some champions in the same tier that I want to put half a tier difference (cases where you would say "Hey, this one is objectively better than this one"). But I didn't want to have tiers only for 1-2 champions and eventually a 20 tier tierlist. There is still a bit of a scale (in a tier) of what is said in the description of that tier. So don't be surprised and go like "LMAO u think that and that are on the same level?"

Additional notes on balancing:

1.There are few extremes but overall most champions are on a similar good, playable level; where in every circumstance only Moji is an undisputed throw pick.

2. Notice how 7 of the 10 lowest-rated champions used to be pretty good (ok tbf, varied on a scale of "good" to "core game mechanic breaking"). Now they are so far down that Kinessa, even with her sniper rifle, can't see them.

Nicely done hirez, Pepega Clap.

(Pip: main support, Furia: main support, Grohk off-support.)

ss

Kinessa Kinessa

Will win you games. If offlane doesn't collapse it's a FREE win in some maps. (Wow, how easy it is to have a steady defensive offlane THAT DOESN'T UNNECESSARILY RISK EVERYTHING BY FUCKING DIVING INTO THE ENEMY BACKLINE. No, it's actually easy to pull off a slow offlane.) Arguably S+

s+

Barik Barik

Will win you games. Isn't NEARLY as demanding as Kinessa. yay nice skill in value out

s

Khan Khan
Atlas Atlas
Cassie Cassie
Grover Grover
Evie Evie
Mal'Damba Mal'Damba

They have good matchup into almost everything. Incredibly flexible drafting wise. (Damba is clearly in between S and S-) (Grover could arguably be a tier or half lower because he doesn't fit the "Incredibly flexible" description but In my personal opinion he is worth drafting around)

Makoa Makoa
Terminus Terminus
Torvald Torvald
Androxus Androxus
Maeve Maeve
Vora Vora
Zhin Zhin
Tyra Tyra
Sha Lin Sha Lin
Dredge Dredge
Lian Lian
Tiberius Tiberius
Corvus Corvus
Lex Lex

The higher-rated ones are better at their role but they are still pretty good. A theoretical, skilful player that can play any champion in the same high level will pick them when the higher-rated ones are unavailable. Still pretty flexible drafting wise. (Not sure about Torvald. I only know that I don't want him in my games, my team or enemy team.)

1- They have their niche. (or) 2- They are very good when undisrupted but you don't prio pick because they are too easy to counterpick and be utterly destroyed. (or) 3- There are so many available better/less demanding options that fill their role. You will go wrong with picking most of them if you don't know what you are doing.)

a

Ash Ash
Seris Seris
Viktor Viktor
Strix Strix
Koga Koga
Grohk Grohk

You can perform well with them but why would you? You can get more value from the higher-rated champions with far less skill or effort. (Grohk has his extreme niche where he would be an S-? tier) (Not Ash's meta.)

a-

Vivian Vivian
Talus Talus
Io Io

Same as above but on a higher scale. (Koga-Talus is arguable, but surprise surprise no one will know because no one plays them.)

b

Moji Moji

Your lastpick Seris insta-locker that doesn't speak english will do more than you.
