This is just what I think and open to interpretation. A good player with any character can make them look SS but most are situational. It's my first tierlist after hitting 1 year on my account.

Both of these are great tanks and can either point cap or apply pressure. Would say Ash probably has the better ultimate for point capping and Makoa for pressure.

Furia's healing output with the beam is great but if you miss you are handicapping the team so can't put her any higher. Damba still has that top tier healing ability if you know how to play him. Inara is always a good tank and has been for ages. Lian and cassie are good damage dealers even without death and taxes but if you can't hit your shots they could go as low as a C. Andro and Evie are great flanks if you can play them well otherwise they are an A.

All of these can be devastating in the right comp but Grover can struggle a little with a single tank against a heavy DPS team for example. Skye is to easily countered by illuminate to go much higher.

These are good picks on the right maps. Talus can destroy on close maps but struggles with longer sight lines for example. I have a soft spot for Tyra but she does struggle against more mobile champs.

This is basically the average for me, not a bad pick but could be better. Zhin is maybe the exception and could move up but I haven't seen a really good player with him for a while.

I think these guys need a little tweak to make them better but are currently very situational. Buck on fish market can work, Maeve on shattered desert works well. Torv works in a flank cover scenario but not much else. Atlas needs a little bit of tweaking, will probably work well as an off tank but won't single cap a point easily.

These guys need some love I feel. Nando just lost a little too much on the last nerf and needs something back. Pip works as a damage but I'm classifying him as a support here. Grohk is very hit and miss and needs to either be made a damage champ with a damage buff or buffs to his healing. Koga was a pain with his claws but is a bit too easy to kill now so maybe a slight buff is needed. Willow is just in no man's land, she can output some decent damage but I think dead zone needs to be tweaked to make it more impactful.

Poor moji, I've seen a couple of players make her work in close quarters maps but other than that she is just a target most of the time. Not really sure what they could do with her to improve.
