ss
BK carries games on most maps. He's usually banned for a reason.
s+
Andro operates well on many maps, but is a little more counterable than BK. Still carries games in the right hands and with the right teammates.
s
Terminus mitigates damage like no other, Khan's cc grab and ult are invaluable in team fights. They boast some of the best survivability and utility of all tanks.
Jenos and Furia provide lots of heals and pack cc and damage to boot, a definitive cut above the rest of the healers in terms of overall impact.
s-
Viktor and Vivian output a lot of damage in general right now and it can be hard to shut them down if you're not used to doing it.
Evie's mobility remains the key to her success, and her cards support her well.
Inara is arguably the best main tank in terms of raw survivability, but her impact can be lower than Term and Khan, so here she is.
a+
Ying provides the most overall heals but not too much else. She can also be run well as an off support on Focusing Lens.
Raum can be shut down easily, but if he isn't he provides the most distraction factor in the game.
IO is arguably the best healer for 3 DPS, but her resource management can be a pain and she is kind of weak if dived.
If Kin is free, gg. Her counters are strong right now however, so she usually isn't.
Damba is strong right now in terms of overall impact, less heals than ying, more utility however. A high skill ceiling lets a good player really flex his versatility on support.
a
Grover is great early, but falls off hard late game unless your comp supports it. He remains highly viable for being one of the best healers on maps like Jag.
Ash is back with her dps buff, and is doing standard Ash things again. Loses hard to Khan however.
Atlas is in a very neutral spot, but ultimately does his job decently. Lacks a bit of damage.
Zhin and Tiberius are strong in the right draft, but won't carry unless the stars align correctly.
Buck wins the Andro matchup and can be overall scary in the right hands, but he can be shut down just as easily.
a-
Barik has been hurt by his card nerf, but his kit remains insanely good.
Every DPS in this tier can work well, but is ultimately niche or easily countered. You typically wouldn't run them unless you're in a rather specific draft. The stronger champions above do it better.
Ruckus pairs well with dive Andro/Evie and just about nothing else.
b
None of these champions are bad at their roles, but none of them excel at them either. Fern could be underdeveloped currently, but his damage definitely holds him back.
c
These champions shouldn't be used competitively. Pip is the only arguable one, but his cards are hurting for dps, and other healers just do his job better. He's SS tier for fun though.
