S+ - decent bans and near-mandatory standard picks
S - Good stuff, some niche that can perform decently outside of it
S- - Decent stuff that usually has preferable alternatives
A+ - Performs well in their niche, struggles outside
A - No real reason to pick these champs unless you onetrick them or you're playing Onslaught
A- - Terrible
B - Better off down a player

Kinessa has much more flexibility than Strix with the situations she can be played in.

Drogoz and Grohk are amazing if chosen into a draft poorly adjusted for them. Unfortunately, it's pretty easy to pick around them. Drogoz is S/S- tier on the appropriate maps.
Players generally know how to minimize the value of these picks in the draft with counterpicks/not picking multiple deployable champs vs Grohk.
Snipers are snipers. No reason to pick Strix on non-sniper maps.
