Lian - the strongest hitscan in the game. Counter picks - Sha lin, Strix, Saati
Willo - received a buff and now takes high ground even where it cannot be. New talent has shown itself to be so good that it’s even scary. Counter picks - Lian, Androxus (usually), Kinessa, Drogoz (with Combustible).
Vatu - nerfed but still OP. Strongest flank in game, high dmg, high mobility and DR. Counter picks - Torvald, Saati, Vora.
Fernando - most likely the developers' favorite champion. There was a time when they was only buffing him. Now with Scorch and most OP ult in game he is best tank. Counter picks - Androxus, Drogoz (ult bait), Willo.

Mal Damba - always was a good healer but now with more dmg and little more heal he is one of the best healers in game. Counter picks - Androxus, Drogoz, Atlas.
Moji - reworked Flank. Obviosly she would be meta. This was clear from the announcement.
Tyra - replenishment of the tank class is expected. Tyra is more durable than Barik, and her damage is incredible. Easily kills almost any flank/tank 1v1. Counter picks - Saati, Lian, Drogoz, Evie.
Omen (doesnt exist on paladins.guru) - fixed and now good. Without "no spread" bug he isnt OP. Fix this thing and I hope he will become a place with Andro and Drogoz.
Sha lin - best pick into Vatu, Evie, Andro. Hard to play, but easy to protect your backline. No flanks in Paladins like Sha lin. Counter picks - Khan, Atlas, Azaan, Yagorath, Rei.
Terminus - best tank against projectile comps. In right hands may not die at all. Counter picks - Koga, Androxus, Tyra, Kinessa.
Nyx - broken champion with OP abilitys. Counter picks - Drogoz, Dredge, Androxus, Tyra.
Khan - the easiest off tank in Paladins. Still good. Counter picks - Androxus, Drogoz, Saati, Zhin.

Vora - with new DR, she can avoid insta deaths for many flanks, almost 50% damage redaction. Counter picks - Octavia, Cassie, Makoa, Zhin.
Drogoz - he always was a good DMG. At first glance it may seem like it doesn't fit well in the current meta, but in fact it's quite easy to play. Counter picks - Lian, Vatu, Andro, Maeve, Atlas.
Ying - nerfed but still good healer and dmg (with Resonance). Counter picks - Bomb King, Inara, Grohk.
Androxus - same as Drogoz, always was good. Counter picks - Vora, Rei, Lian, Strix.
Azaan - good off tank since release. Counter picks - Imani, Drogoz, Kasumi, Atlas.
Rei - most broken champion in the game. Got talent rework, now can be extremely good healer on few maps (Bazaar, Stone Quarry etc). Still good flank choice. Counter picks - Koga, Viktor, Tyra, Talus.

There are simply good champions here. Let's look at just a few in more detail.
Grover - nerfed, but still can be good. Probably he can be in A+, but now to heal good he should be free.
Io - talent rework, agressive meta and grover's nerf are the reasons why Io is good healer now. She can be almost undying.
Bomb king - still good choice into Evie or Vatu or Zhin, but bad against nowaday comps. Just not for every game.
Inara - nerfed and cant stay as PT against Fernando or Nyx. Usually playing with creeple and on small maps like Bazaar can be annoying.

Situational champions. Let's look at the first 4.
Yagorath - very skilled off tank, she is good against Lian or any snipe; against Grover, Ying, Fernando.
Kasumi - most underrated flank. Can be extremly good against Androxus, Vatu, Azaan, Grover, Ying. But she cant normally beat shields and chamions with CC immune abilitys (Koga, Mal Damba, Zhin etc).
Talus - fast and small. Nothing to say, but usually better to pick someone else.
Strix - maybe u dont know why he worse then Kinessa. Here is the answer - Kinessa more flexible, she can play for example against Evie, Strix cant. So ye, if its Stone Quarry and enemy have Androxus + Makoa, Strix gonna be best choice.
Now about this Healers. These arent independent supports, and a couple of them (Lilith and Seris) are already poorly played. I will explain, Lili have big damage and can be good with Vatu or Evie + Inara or Terminus. It will allow you to win both on the flank and at the point, that is, complete dominance over the enemy. But usually it is enough to win only the flank to then take the point. Seris - well, let's be honest, she was never a good support due to the healing mechanics and she hasn't gotten any better. Just a good choice for weak lobbies.
Furia - good choice if all other supports are banned (happens sometimes).
Jenos and Grohk are good for double support. Nothing to say, DPS Jenos OP. Grohk with totems good in team with Tyra, Talus, Skye etc.

Situational champions, but these are played even less often. I'll tell you about some.
Raum - best choice into Strix, Lian, Vatu, Corvus. But he suffers greatly from СС abilitys.
Pip - same as Jenos and Grohk, good as 2-nd support. Extemely good with agressive team. I mean, if u have some good Evie with Ruckus and Term, he can be annoying.
Barik - cant normally stay on point. I feel bad about him. He was always great. Now with Creeple Inara, Nyx and new Fernando he cant normally do any space around the point.
All other champs here should be free to feel themself normally.

There are 4 champions, 2 of which were simply nerfed, and the 3-rd just unlucky.
Vivian - always lived in a trash can. Horrible, boring character, easy to laugh at. Never been in the meta and never will be.
The next 2 were nerfed into the trash for some unknown reason. Caspian now cant stun, VII dont have damage in long distance. They need it, its a champs about this.
Tiberius - this guy is good and only reason why he is here, that in this meta he just useless. Tiger cant play against Lian, Vatu, Saati, Vora, Atlas, Terminus and many other chamions. He was good, while Evil Mojo added crossplay to ranked. Tiberius good againsnt Koga, Talus, Skye; against Vivian, Tyra. But now it is impossible to find a team that would suit him.
