I tried to rank the champions in order within each tier from left to right as well :)

ss

Vivian Vivian

Vivian has the highest damage potential in the game and she is only countered by Evie (the only AOE flank therefore able to avoid Vivian's shield) and Evie is harder to play on console. Her ult is infinite and charges itself, her shield counters most flanks, and with a 70 clip, she can just spray tf out of the entire enemy team.

s+

Khan Khan
Viktor Viktor
Buck Buck
Inara Inara

Khan's additional 2s stun talent is one of the most annoyingly good talents in the game and, if you have a team behind you, it's just a free kill on whoever is unlucky enough to get in your way. This can be countered by resilience, but you can just target whoever doesn't have it. Good shield, self-heal, and ult as well.

Viktor is a slightly less broken Vivian with insane dps potential with the burst talent. He has more mobility than Viv with his Hustle ability, but his much smaller mag size and lack of shield make him slightly inferior. These two are miles above the other damages in the game (for console anyway) making them very valuable.

Buck is the most annoying champion in the game, because he is so hard to kill. His Bulk up talent makes him insanely beefy because every time you get him low, he's instantly fully healed. He is the best self-sustaining flank that hard counters snipers or other slow-shooting champions very well. He's very easy to play too.

Inara has a ridiculous health pool and three good abilities. She has a wall that completely stops all damage from one direction for a decent period, she can slow anyone near her and go cc immune with self-heal very often with the right load-out. With a good healer, she's extremely hard to kill.

s

Koga Koga
Zhin Zhin
Grover Grover
Barik Barik
Terminus Terminus
Furia Furia
Talus Talus
Raum Raum

Koga's smgs have a very high dps and they are super forgiving due to the extremely high fire rate. His dashes are also frustrating to go against as they make him really hard to kill him in a 1v1. His ultimate is a free kill on any squishy, maybe even two or three and, with a Jenos Luminary pocket, gg.

Zhin has three great abilities as well as a very strong ult. Billow is a get-out-of-jail-free card, his whirl can be used offensively for damage or defensively for mobility with a short cool-down, his counter basically gives him 100% DR for a bit, and his ult, with guillotine, is a insta-kill on anyone in the game, even tanks.

Grover is a healer with both good healing and damage capability. He's the only healer with passive healing, plus he can heal through walls like Jenos but does more healing than Jenos. His root is very strong with a short cool-down and his poke potential is better than any other healer. Positioning is key with Grover.

Barik, with a good Architectonics (one of his talents) turret build, has very good self-sustain and, with good turret placement, can do tons of damage, especially for a point tank. It's hard to kill him due to everything he can place on the objective with his turrets, shield, and ult, and when you do, he can just boost away and heal.

Terminus is really good mainly due to his siphon. His siphon blocks all incoming damage, charging his range shots, while allowing your teams shots to go through and a good Terminus can make it seem like it is up all of the time. He can be very annoying for the enemy damage characters to go against. Good ult as well.

Furia is, like Grover, a great balance between good healing and damage output. Her Cherish talent allows long range heals to pretty much anyone in her LOS, her gun has range and it has some spread so it's easy to hit with, and she has a massive beam that stuns anyone giving her trouble. She is both very good and fun to use.

Talus not only can teleport to safety anytime he is in danger making him hard to kill, but his overcharge is insane. He gets stupid dps while consuming no ammo every 10s and then continues his normal clip if he somehow didn't get the kill. Plus, he has a good melee/mobility punch ability.

Raum is a damage sponge that is extremely hard to kill with his Soul Harvest ability giving him a max of over 8500 health. I repeat, over 8500 HP. He can also get decent damage with his gatling gun, and if you manage to get him low somehow, he can just sprint around and gain health, but can be countered by any champ with CC.

s-

Ying Ying
Lian Lian
Ruckus Ruckus
Strix Strix
Jenos Jenos
Seris Seris
Tyra Tyra
Tiberius Tiberius

Ying is good because her illusions put out heals allowing her to constantly be passively healing while firing. Her Life Exchange healing talent isn't lock-on like most other healers though, making it really unforgiving when you miss. Her Focusing Lens talent however, gives her very good damage and ult spam capability.

Lian has some pretty broken base mechanics. She has mobility, two auto aim abilities, and, with the eminence talent, her presence becomes op. She has great damage potential but she is not as forgiving as Vik and Viv because of how slow she shoots. In other words, if you miss a shot or two, it can lose you a duel.

Rukus has very good damage with his 200 clip and 3 rockets, he has a shield that he can pop on anytime, and surprisingly good mobility with the arial assault talent. His ult also does incredible damage. Rukus is an off-tank, but people will play him as a point tank and when he doesn't perform, they say he's bad. Slept on.

Strix can completely shut down the opposing teams squishy champs. While he is slightly map dependent, he makes up for it on his good maps because he can instantly drop any non-tank to half health, causing them to need to hide. Both his fast-charging ult and his Stealth ability also allow him to often survive flank attacks.

Jenos is arguably the best healer for double flank comps. He heals through walls and, with his Luminary talent, also buffs team damage output by 15%. He struggles to keep the tank(s) alive with his slow heals, so a self-sustain tank is advised for a Jenos team. Very reliant on good teammates cause he has zero carry potential.

Seris is called trash but idk why. Not only does she heal for a lot with a really short cool-down, but she has the best stealth ability in the game because she is immune during it. She can, however struggle to heal flanks and is better on flatter maps were the team is grouped. Btw, her Soul Collector damage talent is really good.

Tyra is like Vik and Viv, but she's not quite as good. Her Burn Monster talent is a tanks worst nightmare and her other abilities are pretty decent, but she is one of the few champs with no mobility. Vivian also has this problem, but she can stay in the back and ADS to improve ranged accuracy and can shield herself from flanks.

Tiberius is the king of spam. His Combat Trance ability, similar to Talus' Overcharge, makes him have a really high damage output, but it does have a 15 sec cool-down. His other abilities, the Heavy Blade and the Crouching Tigron aren't bad, but they don't make up for their double digit cool-downs. His ult is also meh.

a+

Io Io
Kinessa Kinessa
Ash Ash
Moji Moji
Imani Imani
Evie Evie
Maeve Maeve
Mal'Damba Mal'Damba
CBA to thoroughly explain everyone's tier so from here on they're shorter

IO is decent. Alright heals, and Luna is a good presence on obj, but thats really all she offers.

Kinessa is a more flankable Strix, but with a Strix ban, which is common on some maps, she can be really good.

Ash is pretty good, but not great dps and can get shut down by Khan.

Moji shreds up close but can do nothing at range.

Imani is fun but her damage output isn't good enough to be high tier.

Evie is god tier in the right hands but hard on console.

Maeve is, like Evie, insane on PC but not being able to turn and jump simultaneously on controller hurts her.

Mal'Damba puts out good heals but bad damage, like just use other healers that can do both.

a

Skye Skye
Willo Willo
Dredge Dredge
Atlas Atlas
Makoa Makoa
Androxus Androxus
Pip Pip

Skye has 2 of her 3 mobilities based on stealth, so illuminate completely shuts her down, alright off-healer tho.

Willo has alright abilities but overall, the damage output just isn't quite there enough.

Dredge just spams obj with bombs to get decent dmg but gets countered by most flanks.

Atlas has a rewind that is good but he is just outdone by other tanks that do his job better.

Makoa has a good shield and if you can hit most of your hooks he's not bad but does no damage, too reliant.

Androxous, like Maeve or Evie, is good on PC but you can't both hold jump to float and aim on controller.

Pip is alright but he's mainly used as a dmg and 2x heal comps usually aren't good, just pick a better healer.

a-

Fernando Fernando
Grohk Grohk
Bomb King Bomb King
Cassie Cassie

Fernando isn't terrible, but, just like Atlas or Koa, he's outdone by Inara, Barik, and Term so it's just not worth.

Grohk doesn't have good heals and needs a 2x support comp which doesn't usually turn out well.

Bomb King is insane of PC but on console its just too hard to play him well enough to be worth. +Huge hitbox.

Cassie is also ridiculous on PC but the only range characters that are good on console are hit-scan, too hard.

b

Sha Lin Sha Lin
Torvald Torvald
Drogoz Drogoz

Sha-lin is just like a worse version of Cassie who, as I said, isn't even good on console, the aiming is too hard.

Torvald does terrible damage, cannot play obj, and is completely countered by Wrecker, way better options.

Drogos suffers from the same problem as Andro and Maeve but more-so because he needs to fly to be good.

c

Lex Lex

Lex has a useless credit ability, very low mobility for a flank, and the worst ult in Paladins. THROW PICK

d
