Dredge is hard to evaluate. Spamming is easy, but consistently hitting autos and properly using teleporters is a challenge. Scuttle Dredge moves down a tier, Hurl Dredge moves up a tier. Abyss Spike Dredge moves up two tiers.
This is for damage Pip. Heal Pip moves up two tiers.

Moji's difficulty is map dependent. Moves up a tier on long range maps and moves down a tier on close range maps.
