This is all entirely my own opinion. This game has so many broken champions in it that all it really does is give the illusion of balance when in fact there is none. Almost all champions are broken with the exception of a few who are only slightly over tuned and are very gimmicky with win varying with dramatic fluctuation from person to person. This is incomplete and based entirely on my own perspective on solo que although I don't imagine competitive "meta" would dramatically change my views on the subject.
