Jenos: even a default loadout jenos will be fine.
Grover: the default loadout is just horrible with no verdant expanse (range) and no resets, but once you get a yugioh playing grover you'll see insane plays and insane value [ Verdant 5, Fatalis 3, Pickup 4, Chop Down 2, 1 whatever ]
There are many good Grover loadouts and there is debate about certain cards value, like rebound and overgrowth

Lillith is a heal bot with no CC, but she is a damage champion in the support class if you get what I'm saying...
A good Lillith will have 200k+ healing and a 110k damage in an 18 minute match.
Good luck adapting to her bugs.

Damba: this sad soul has enjoyed having the lowest win rate (across all champions) for ages, but he has his place in high elo.
He offers CC in his ult and the reload so he forces resilience on the enemy team and his gourd deals decent damage to the enemy tank while healing yours (always go spirits chosen).
Has build variety but it's more common to have self DR, ally speed, Many gourds at a maximum of 2 because of diminishing returns (with Chronos 3) making it a waste to go any higher really.
Look, if you have the skill, this guy is good, if you don't have the skill, skip him.

Furia: A THROW PICK IN LOW ELO, the skill issue of the realm is learning the difference between greenish yellowish health bars (ally is affected by cauterize) or they're just blue, do not hold the heal button!
Furia is a throw pick without caut cleanse, shields, or brain cells to stay out of caut for a moment so she can heal you for 1700 to 2200 HP once per 2.1s
Furia is a high elo only support, if you bring her to low elo you're just a sad soul because low elo doesn't know how to stay out of caut for 1s.
Key issues with Furia players:
1) The beam believers: no one wants to play for your beam, no one wants to get kited around by your beam, and your backliner, off tank, and flanker are crying in the corner, Cherish is now doing anywhere between 1700 and 2200 healing and sometimes even more with Rejuv, insane value.
2) The solo support exterminate Furia: I don't know what to say, did you know? the reason Cherish Furias do more damage is because The amount of healing you do is directly proportional to the amount of wrath you gain and it's also affected by anti heal!, so building up wrath using Cherish literally makes Furia pew pew fast and hurty hurty much, no beam required just shoot the flankers...
Kind reminder: There's literally no reason to pick Furia over Jenos or Grover, a good Grover will match the damage dealt by Furia and heal for more.

Combat Medic Pip is untraditional, no one believes in him, no one knows you can tap flask again to activate it mid air.
This guy pumps heals all day and is generally only bad due to the skill issues of the realm.
Mildly acknowledged and accepted at high elo.
Damage pip is a flex, look at me!, I can defeat even Evie players with my skill alone!, few and far between, just don't throw because you got one on your team.
Corvus: a bit over nerfed, completely outclassed by Jenos and Grover, mark ally buffs are mostly speed and DR, has major loadout issues across the realm and there are even Contemplation pushers going around saying he needs it to be viable.
I just don't care, he's the pick to go when the enemy gets Jenos and bans Grover and you're just not a good Lillith Damba or Furia.

Grohk is a damage champion, he's not a support, he has his maps, and for stackers he is literally just cringe deathball enabler, usually paired with Cherish Furia for maximum toxicity towards the enemy team.
This guy as a solo support is just a troll pick, literally worse than Io and the funny part is there's a guide claiming he has high burst heals..... realm wide skill issues...

Your waifu is trash, your waifu is just Damba without CC, what a healbot!, your waifu has the most absurdly random movement ability in the game, your waifu players have loadout issues (the default one is good but trust me for some reason people run contradicting cards no need to explain), and your waifu has trust issues resonating throughout the realm.
CarriedByRei aka KiwiiMaster is the only good Ying player on EU and they're a damage Ying player, the rest are just meh throwers that solo Ying reso and start yelling in the mic.
her winrate is high now because of the mixed elo issues so don't get your hopes up just yet, give it 3 months and she'll be right down there with the likes of Seris.
Not a bad pick, just usually brought down by literally the toxicity towards her as you can see right here!
Generally speaking it's really just a skill issue.
Raum is here!: because the current meta hard counters him so he's now a backline baby sitter farming the enemy Azaan/Inara who are shieldless to heal his team, barely dashes in to collect souls and bait the enemy CC, and then walks back to the backline.

Io: One of the weakest supports, her nerfs aren't the main reason for her being bad, it's just that Grover evolved into a double burst support, Jenos was buffed to meta, Lillith was added, Damba was buffed, and even pip was buffed!
She's just left behind waiting for a literal rework or some insane healing number buffs.
To add salt to injury: the skill issue of the realm is buying Chronos on a resource based support! there are even players claiming it's for Luna!!!!!!! next level skill issues are rampantly blooming in the realm!
The default loadout is driving me insane too....
Seris: AFK simulator, in game spectator, default loadouts everywhere, skill issues, literally her mains ask your entire point and 2 tanks to sit on the point, I have no words.
Rei: a damage champion, that heals people by mistake as their way of self healing really, but the major issue is how literally there's a huge skill issue in terms of where to position and when to ult and even what talent to pick... I'm not going to elaborate.
