This is a pc dia/master tierlist, a very general one at that too, so dont think that its like written in stone and may be different for console players.
I have to say that this patch is anyway pretty balanced and the game is at one of the best states that it has ever been.

First picks/bans, just very impactful in the game and require multiple champions to be taken down.

These are game changer, very strong picks and best bans atm.

if u got good aim, nessa could be s tier too, but in some maps can be an s and in some other can be A-.
Barik is the second best point tank, very reliable and hot as fk.
Sha would be up in S tier if it wasnt for the frame drop bs and paladins weird hitboxes. Paladins just tries to control Sta Lin, but hell eventually conquer all.

Solid picks, they are very versatile and strong picks.
special mention to evie and andro: in the hands of godlike players, they can esily carry a game, if u are good with them and u are stuck in gold, play them and wreck the enemy team!

These champions are kinda sus.
I didnt want to put them in B tier nor in A tier, they do not follow the same rules of judgement.
These are champs that NEED hard counter, if they are indeed faced against their nemesis, they become food for fish; if thats not the case, they easily win you games.
They are more like OW chads then pala fams.

Those are ok picks, kinda situational but can work pretty well if used in the right context.

These MF are even more situationals, but can still win u games from time to time, if the enemy doesnt know about items or just ignores them too much.

She needs more love and mb a rework, but its fun to play and i love her design.
