sorry for the bad english, but it was fun to make

ss

i don't believe any champion to be as dominant in the current meta as prenerfed levi-koa or late 2018 khan (2017 buck, fusillade drogoz, street justice maeve, impulse cass ect..)

s+

Makoa Makoa
Willo Willo
Barik Barik

makoa : _a hook on a target other than a tank usually converts into a kill, best non-ultimate ability to secure kills averall (teamfights, 1v1, early engage pick, late stags),

_not the top ult anymore but still the best tool in the game too secure the advantage at the end of a long teamfight or to punish overly agressive ennemy pushes

_the best spacemaking shield in the entire game

willo has been overly buffed, that's all. She is not gamebreaking, just highly overtuned. Therfore, she won't receive a hard nerf anytime soon, but truly i think that having a meta-defining dps champion is a good thing as long as said dps isn't braindead.

Barik seems a bit high on this list, even for me, but i think he is the most consistant and best perfoming frontline at the moment. Even in some game where makoa has somehow made his way out of the banning phase. He has the biggest damage potential out of all the main tanks, and by far the one that can provide the most shielding ability. His ult, while being average is highly underrated and paired with the rest of his kit, can make barik an unkillable little dwarf.

s

Maeve Maeve
Evie Evie
Khan Khan
Furia Furia
Cassie Cassie
Ash Ash
Atlas Atlas

maeve and evie are only here because of the need of flankers to fit in certain comps. During the draft they can be picked either early to enfluence the ennemy comp or late to react to ennemy low mobility/burst picks. They both have very solid mobility options and thus great survability. Your presence might sometimes be enough to win a teamfight. Another reason why they are prefered over flankers with good mobility and higher burst like androxus or talus is their poking potential (maeve def better than evie on this point).

the removal of the "Fire Line" legendary card and the change to his ultimate were definitly some heavy nerfs to the caracter. But his Bulk with his self-protecting-on-demand shield and the immunity/healing with the battle shout makes of khan a great off-tank that can, for a brief amout of time replace the main tank quiet efficiently. He also has one of the best ult in the game.

Furia is the most underrated support at the moment. Everyone's eyes are driven on jenos' luminary but people tend to forget the amazing tool that furia has :

_a very constant and efficient pocket heal far enough for 2k hp champions and still very solid on tanks.

_ litteraly the highest hps ability by far in the whole game, and it's not even her ult.

_ damage output that can be compared to some tanks and thus a killing potential on line with some dps.

_ a push-to-suvive-then-to-kick-asses ult (imo the best support ult in the game and one of the best overall)

Cassie has received serveral small nerfs in succession and dethroned her form her spott in SS-tier. She is to this date still one of the most consistant damage dealer. Her burst, while being acually in line with the other damage dealer still feels overpowered, but we have ways to play around it now. She is one of the only champions who has 3 viable talents even if people seems to overly praise "big game" these days.

Ash has risen up as one of the biggest playmaker champion in the game in a meta where cassie and lian were on the top of the foodchain. She have the potential either to counter the girls, constantly separating ennemy backline from the frontlines with her high DR, CCs, and confirmable damage. (A bit like winston in overwatch). Either to help her dps (mainly cassie and lian) too hold very agreesive flank positions and output high damage from unconventional spots. Her ult could be gamebreaking but the omipresence of koa/khan/cassie/jenos/atlas/BK ect makes it just good.

Atlas is in my opinion highly overrated. But i'll still have to admit that his CC, recall and shield makes for a very unique and solid champion. Still i feel like even if he has high burst and high ccs, he doesn't have the same carry potential as koa/khan/barik.

Pip Pip
Lian Lian
Strix Strix
Jenos Jenos
Mal'Damba Mal'Damba
Inara Inara
Sha Lin Sha Lin

DPS pip has more than 3k effective HP, around 1.8k burst damage, very good mobility and THE best ultimate in the entire game. He is one, if not the best dps pick for a solo carry. However, you have to realize that pip is actually pretty map dependant and at higher level can face some issues against good teamplay. His headbox is actually one of his biggest weakness against hitscan champions.

Lian's carry potential can easily make her an S-tier champion. I'm sure a lot of people find her braindead and broken. It is true that she has a stupidly high burst (from 1.6k to 2k dmg) and 2 auto aim abilities. But people don't realize that lian is actually underperforming and even if a bad player can do good with lian, it takes a lot of skill to pull of the carry potential that everyone automatically assumes every single lian players should have.

Strix is here only because of his range and his ability to output consistently and easily 2.4k+ dmg on every single person trying to get to him. You might think that it's a good idea to get close to a sniper to kill him ? actually strix overperforms at all ranges. Still, he is not as versatile as cassie or even evie/maeve which makes him an underpicked hero. Once you get used to the aim and the hitboxes in the game, their is no reason your strix shouldn't perform on sniper frienly maps.

jenos has luminary.

Damba has a very well design kit which allows access to :

_consistent focus healing

_ consitent zone heling

_ high damage (tho not highly confirmable) and very high cc potential.

Inara is still (with terminus, the two) bulkiest frontlines in the game and to disorganised ennemy, can be seen unkillable. She fullfills an unique role different from barik's but nowadays isn't that much of a priority as before.

Shalin actually underperforms for the S- tier and can actually fit in A+. But forced to admit that he has all the quality for being a great carry : long range, good duel potential, high burst, interesting mobility options, acces to a kill garantying cc ability and can be seen as a sniper, a flanker and a tank burster all at the same time.

a+

Drogoz Drogoz
Androxus Androxus
Seris Seris
Bomb King Bomb King
Viktor Viktor

drogoz and androxus have both been meta-defining dps not that long ago. But a serie of nerfs just made them uncomfortable to play and overly vulnerable, forcing them to take risks that they shouldn't. they both have high carry potential but now can be countered really easily.

I personnaly overperform with "soulcollector" seris but as long as other player won't try to play anything else than mortal reach, i can't place the healbot any higher.

BK is a very solid pick but dps higher just do his job better.

Viktor is a very solid hybrid dps both as a hitscan and a semi-blaster. Though he stays very vulnerable to champion outranging him or flanking him.

a

Kinessa Kinessa
Grover Grover
Lex Lex
Imani Imani

We all have faced a one point the nessa that seems to shoot full-charged shots without having the need to charge their riffles, who seems to have a 2s TP cd, and whos mines serve as wallhack, but really there is no reason to pick her over strix on a meta point of view.

Grover can be good, he has very high healing, a sufficient range actually, consistant damage and his ult can come pretty handy, reacting too some ults like bk's or makoa's. However, he is the most affected by the strenght of willo's dead zone and late game cauterize.

Lex actually got some pro play in the ppl but didn't do too well. His new talent makes him output ridiculously high burst damage but his slow and easy playstyle is holding him back imo. He is a bit like the dps champions i've listed in A-, just a bit better.

imani is actually pretty solid imo, she doesn't need buffs or anything, it is just that cassie/lian/shal, fullfill her role better than her.

a-

Vivian Vivian
Skye Skye
Dredge Dredge
Talus Talus
Ying Ying

vivian, skye, talus, and dredge can't be put lower besause of their burst but not higher because of how simplistic they are. unchecked, they have the best solo-carrying potential from bronze to low-plat regarding how easy and braindead they are to play.

ying is not actually bad but she is the worst support at the moment. her healing focused talent heals for a ton but healing mathematical value is meaningless in this game without added utility. focusing lense outputs CRAZY dps stats but ying has severe problem keeping more than 3 people healthy with this card. I can see ying being a solid offensive main support but really, it won't be consistent enough.

b

Fernando Fernando
Koga Koga
Zhin Zhin

the only reason why fernando should be picked right now, is if 4 tanks have been banned and you don't wanna run a solo/double-off tanks comp.

koga and zhin have been overly nerfed because of the carry potential they had at one point, primarily in low level games. even ying can now output more damage than zhin. They both now just feel and play like 2 denatured champions.

c

Buck Buck
Moji Moji

these two champions have some of the most insane bursts of the entire game but are just killed before they can abuse it.

d

Terminus Terminus
Grohk Grohk
Torvald Torvald
Ruckus Ruckus
Tyra Tyra

those champions are not in D because of how bad they are but rather how dependant they are. Actually, many people consider Torvald to be perma-ban worthy. In fact i think depending on the draft, the elo you're at, or the quality of the teamplay, these champion can vary from B-tier all the way to SS-tier.
