I'm not using many of the + and - tiers because i find these make the tiers less clear.

OP characters: people only play these because they want an easy win and they'll probably get it too.
a
Good characters: These get a lot of value but can still be countered depending on map, enemy team or player skill.
a-
Tyra's hunting party is strong, but helps her team more than her. Tyra herself lacks in value.
b
Pretty good characters: These are good in the right hands/situations but there are better choices than them.
c
Meh characters: Thse characters are outclassed in their roles but can work well when countering a specific champion.
d
She's outclassed by Strix, who is already outclassed.
