I have little experience on console but from what i have played this seems about right for the lower ranks.

These are you normal bans in the lower ranks. Mostly because they can't be handled. The aim assist on Vivian is the main reason she is banned or first picked.
Skye she is exceptional with the aim assist on console and most people do not buy illuminate or use Hunters mark Tyra.
Vivian she becomes broken with the aim assist and her shield helps her with anyone pushing her. People just ca't handle the ult.
Khan he is a great second tank. His aim assist is not as game breaking as others but helps. His ult is great to dispose of enemy tanks.
Terminus his sylph is great to use. His ability to slow/stun people helps him. People don't really back away from him so he has very little problem with dealing damage. Ult is great in tight situations.
Talus his aim assist is fairly strong

These would be your second round or first round picks. These champions are normally picked.
Kinessa is more of an open Map pick. To counter Kinessa you should play a Zhin or Maeve.
Tyra is picked because of her fire bomb and people not walking out of it. Easy to counter if you have a blaster or hit scan.
Ruckus he is more of a second tank after Inara. He is just a large damage that has more hp. Do not pick as only tank unless you plan on dealing large amounts of damage to keep the other team at bay.
Furia she is more useful with cherish because at the lower ranks people walk out of the beams. She deals a decent amount of damage as well.
Grover Fairly strong when team is together and you can heal 2 to 3 teammates at once. His self heal is strong. If played with a reset build us one of his damage legendary.
Victor he is strong against most squishes. He can break shields. His ult is great to use on a group on point.
Inara she is the strongest solo tank but on Console is played in a different way then manner. She is great with a Khan or Ruckus second tank. She can deal some damage, the ult is nice to have in group fights.

These are you more situation champions.
Moji does high amounts of damage to a grouped enemy team. Has a large hit box so dies in most 1 v 2's. takes a larger amount of skill then most of the champions placed here
Seris great healer just at lower ranks teams do not group up enough for group heal to work well.
Androxus at lower ranks he is a good pick but easily countered and takes some skill to play.
Lian she takes little to no skill. she is does a decent amount of damage, but there are better damage picks.
Strix he takes more skill then Kinessa. He has no mobility but his stealth helps him. Should be played on open maps
Torvald He is a great second pick tank. He can pocket a flank or damage and give them a buff. But he takes skill to play. He has a low damage output but his nullify is strong and can save teammates.
Lex his aim assist is strong but because how weak he is is lower on the list. Easily countered
Ash she is a high skill tank. But when mastered she is strong against other tanks on point, She counters Terminus, But is countered by Inara. She has great cauterize spread and has high hp (being reduced next patch). She has nice damage output. Her ult is strong. She moves slow but her dash send you far but can be blocked by an enemy, it can also kill low hp enemy's.
Fernando He is a strong point tank. He can also be an aggro tank and deal a large amount of damage and ruin the enemy's back line. his ult is shorter then Ash's but teammates get immunity as well. Shield is strong. Has good mobility.

These are people that are never seen unless the other team does not know what they are doing.

People can' play him and he is easily countered.
