The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Armor
Reduce all active Cooldowns by 40% after getting an Elimination.

Generate 2 Ammo after hitting an enemy with Defiance.

Nether Step
Increase the distance of each Nether Step dash by 15%.
