This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Weapon
Increase your Ultimate charge rate by 21%.
Level 3
Umbral Gait
Weapon
Your Movement Speed is increased by 8% while any enemy is marked with a Soul Orb stack.
Level 1
Blood Pact
Restore Soul
Heal for 140 every 1s while channeling Restore Soul.
Level 2
Soul Forge
Restore Soul
Increase the range from the main target at which Restore Soul's secondary Healing can target allies by 24%.
Level 4
Soul Collector
Rend Soul
Each Soul Charge you detonate with Rend Soul increases your maximum Health and weapon damage by 2% until you die. Stacks up to 12 times.

Talon Rifle gains non-scoped Accuracy, but deals 900 Damage, its Effective Range reduced to 200, and applies a 50 damage Burn over 1.5s. Stackable 3 times and refreshes on hit.
