The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Hitting an enemy with Presence reduces its Cooldown by 5s.

Presence
Increase your Movement Speed by 14% for 3s after using Presence.

Presence
Increase the damage of Presence by up to 50% based on the range at which it hits and reduce its Cooldown by 4s.

Increase the slow strength of the rift's pulses by 10%.

Increase the radius of Royal Presence's Poison aura by 40%.

Enemies that pass through Abyssal Fortress are Revealed and take 10% additional weapon damage from you and your allies for 3s. Reduce Abyssal Fortress' Cooldown by 2s.
