What is Elo+ (Elo Plus)?
This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Increase the Chain range of Shock Pulse by 40%.

Shock Pulse
Increase the damage of Lightning Staff to 70, your weapon shots reduce the Cooldown of Shock Pulse by 0.5s, and Shock Pulse chains 4 additional times. Surgery (+10% Damage)
