The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.
Heal for 150 every 1s while Emitter is active.
Heal for 160 after activating Advance.
Increase the duration of Emitter by 3s.
Generate 20 Ammo every 1s while Emitter is active.
Reduce the Cooldown of Emitter by 3s.
